I received the bottle two days ago, and was able to start the HCG diet today. The first two days are gorging, so that’s what I planned on doing today and tomorrow and then begin the next phase, which is the drops and the Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD).

It said not to start when you’re menstruating…but I already started before my period started… So…should I immediately stop now? …I’m in a wedding on the 30th, which is why I wanted to start right away.
I didn’t know I was going to start. My periods aren’t always regular, usually a week late. So I thought I still had at least 5-7 more days before it started.
