More hCG Diet Tools—For Cooking!

The next set of hCG tools are for cooking and making cooking on the hCG diet easy.  Some hCG diet items are used in some of the hcg diet recipe books some are used in the free recipes site.  Either way, they cut down on cooking time, make cooking on the hCG diet it easy and healthier.

The George Foremen Grill

What makes this George Foremen Grill a must have is that the plates are removable and it has several grilling plates to choose from.  You can grill enough shrimp, chicken, fish, steak, kabobs, for 4-6 people all on this grill.  The grilling surface is bigger allowing a 2-person meal to be grilled at once.  Meat on one side and grill vegetables on the other.

Bamboo Steamer

This little Bamboo Steamer is wonderful for the hCG diet.  It can steam a chicken breast in 15 minutes, fish and veggies shorter time without oils and butter.  Boiling and microwaving vegetables can cause significant reduction in vitamins, but the Bamboo Steamer locks in flavor and nutrients.  Easy to use, easy to clean.  Healthy cooking and perfect for a small family looking for a no mess no fuss way to fix a meal.

10 inches in diameter, this 2-tier bamboo steamer, with 2 stackable baskets with a domed lip that traps moisture, can be used inside a wok or over a stockpot.

Microwave Onion Cooker

This little gadget cooks onions in the microwave.  Cuts down on the frying onions in the pay thus using grease.  Cooks an onion in 2 minutes, save time and energy and no more tears.  Great taste to add to steaks, stews, soups or anything you need to chopped onions in.

Cook in microwave then slice as hCG diet recipe may call you to do.

On this hCG tools list I would say the Bamboo Steamer and the George Foremen are must haves.  If you don’t like chopping onions and want a better way to sauté without the added butter or grease then the Microwave Onion Cooker you should look into.  Either way these may be purchased for the hCG diet but you will use them for years to come.
