I started the hCG for hCG Diet  on the 1st of Aug today is the 16th & I have lost 20# what more can I say IT WORKS! I would like some info on the hCG diet maintenance after the 40 days thank you Leslie

Hi everyone! I just started hCG for hCG Diet injections this week. I completed my second low calorie day today and cravings aren’t bad at all. I’m excited! I’ve had two surgeries on my thyroid, the last one they removed everything. So, I’ve been fighting with my synthoid/levothyroxine- going back and forth. I’ve read a bit about Armour and I’m thinking about bringing it up to my doctor. I would love any advice that you ladies/gents have to offer! Please and thank you?

Can someone help? I ordered the oral hCg drops. But I know this diet is STRICT and you cannot mess up on it. The only thing I found was a book by simeons etc. OMG, I don’t have time to read 100 pages. Does anyone know of some straightforward directions for the hCg diet? Maybe less than 5 pages?
