if one is not interested in using needles, I would prefer to not inject myself with the med, and would prefer taking the oral drops I haven’t found sites to order thehomeopathic HCG. . Any recommendations from someone who has ordered through a legitimate site online?

Okay Grammie, I am going to follow your advice and do what you said yesterday…take a skip day to see if I need to adjust my dosage.
If you remember, I am R1P2VLCD7, expecting TOM on 31st and at 200 iu’s and STARVING!

Today, day 7, I am skipping my dosage and I will see how I feel. So, I suppose if I feel better today I should back my dose down to 175 iu’s tomorrow and stay on that for at least 3 days to measure how I feel?

Right now, I am starving and have been since I got up! I am having major brain fog but I have been having that for the past few days too. I sort of feel like a zombie ha ha.

Since I am new here, you seem to know quite a lot. How long have you done the hcg diet? Are you a nurse?

Thanks for all your help, trust me, it is greatly appreciated!!

Hello everyone,

I have been reading in this forum for a couple of weeks now and it has been very helpful. I am on R1 P2 VlCD16 and have lost 13 lbs. I have a question about homeopathic vs. the “real hcg” drops. Should I switch from homeopathic? I have been reading all over the place that these drops don’t work and are simply a placebo. Can anyone help? I am ready to buy drops from Celeste. My fear is that I am losing mostly muscle and not fat and that I will gain it all back as soon as I start eating normally again. I’m very confused on what to do.
