Hi! I’m a college student living in a dorm room. I’m wanting to start the HCG oral drops diet but I’m wondering if I will still be able to lose weight if I don’t follow the strict diet protocol exactly. I still plan to stay under 500 calories like the diet says, and I’d stay away from sugar and a lot of bread, but there is no way I can cook chicken or steak or anything for the meals. If I just stay under 500 calories, will I lose weight with HCG?

Okay Grammie, I am going to follow your advice and do what you said yesterday…take a skip day to see if I need to adjust my dosage.
If you remember, I am R1P2VLCD7, expecting TOM on 31st and at 200 iu’s and STARVING!

Today, day 7, I am skipping my dosage and I will see how I feel. So, I suppose if I feel better today I should back my dose down to 175 iu’s tomorrow and stay on that for at least 3 days to measure how I feel?

Right now, I am starving and have been since I got up! I am having major brain fog but I have been having that for the past few days too. I sort of feel like a zombie ha ha.

Since I am new here, you seem to know quite a lot. How long have you done the hcg diet? Are you a nurse?

Thanks for all your help, trust me, it is greatly appreciated!!
