All fruits are not the same!

On the hCG protocol, all fruit is not the same! Some individuals
stall their weight loss eating the allowed fruit. If you are having issues staying at the same weight for a few days, try switching your fruit intake. Eat apples and 1/2 grapefruit instead of the strawberries and oranges.
As far as that goes, take a short walk! And again, are you making sure you are drinking your water? Drink more tea also!

A new product…

I wanted to share a source for a product I just learned about. I have used several products from Nature’s Inventory and found them to be very good. They have an appetite aid which might help some who are struggling! I highly recommend trying some of their other products. They are reasonably priced so you can try several. I also like that the products are natural!
I will be sending for the headache roll-on, the hot flash help, and this appetite aid. I really want all to succeed so any helps we can find, we will share!

Have you been drinking enough water?

Have you been drinking enough water? I know I am guilty also! Water is so important to our bodies to shed pounds and remove toxins! If you haven’t been a water drinker, if you plan your drinking throughout the day, it won’t be such a task!
The rule of thumb which I have read about is half of your weight in pounds in ounces. So if you weigh 150 pounds, you should drink 75 ounces of water per day. Some say the amount of liquid can include coffee or tea or other beverages. I aim for the ounces in water and add the others. I doubt that you can do it “wrong.” I know that your skin looks better when you drink enough water!
You feel less hungry when you are drinking enough also. If you get the feeling of wanting to eat when you shouldn’t, make sure to drink some water and re-evaluate how you feel! Chances are your body was thirsty! =)
Put water on a checklist and you can keep tabs of your water! If you have eight ounces every couple of hours, you will quickly diminish the amount you still need to intake in the evening!

B vitamins

Hi all! For those in the San Diego area I found someone who does not only Vitamin B shots, but also “skinny shots” which will help with your weight loss and will work with the hCG!
I had my first shot last evening. I was afraid that I was going to be awake all night. She assured me that it helps many people sleep better. I was skeptical to say the least! I had the best night sleep I have had in months? years? Not sure it was all about the Vitamin B, but I will take it!
It’s suggested that you take the shots every week or two, depending on your body. They are reasonable! I am going to get the “skinny” shot and I will let you know the results that I get from it!

Great week! Down 4.5 pounds since Monday

I can’t tell you how happy I am! Yeah! I have been so lazy getting back to the protocol. I feels good to finally be working away at this! I have even had a fair share of beef this week. Will work on some more fish next week!
I want to remind you to be drinking lots of water too. I have fallen short each day of actual water. Hope that my intake of other liquids hasn’t been too bad. OK! Will get out my checklist!
I am a all or nothing kind of person. I know that makes me fail as a typical dieter sometimes. When you screw up one meal for the day, do
you just go back to regular protocol or do you say that it’s screwed up, may as well keep on going? I hope you will get back “on the wagon.” Let’s encourage each other to do this!

Down some more =)

Down another 1/2 pound today! This is always so encouraging. I guess that’s why I love hCG so much!
One thing I wanted to share is making sure you don’t get bored with your food. There are lots of recipes out there and I will share some of my results with them. The great thing is that they are simple. How many ingredients can we have? Most of them are just one or two servings so they are worth trying.
Also, this time I am going to order some of the dressings from Walden Farms. They have many items which are allowed and will help with basic satisfaction for flavors!
Another thing I want to share about is stevia. If you don’t know what it is, please familiarize yourself with it! It is a natural sweetner which is available in powder and packets. What I have fallen in love with and now use daily on or off of hCG is the flavored liquids. They make coffee and teas special and add no calorie flavor to dishes. When I was craving some hot chocolate, I put some chocolate raspberry in hot water. I closed my eyes because it it clear. It actually was good. It got me over a craving!
OK! Enough for today! Keep focused and dream about those skinny jeans!

Here we go again!

I have been wandering in the wilderness for quite awhile! I decided it was time to get back on the program! I was rewarded by being down two pounds the first day! That is so encouraging!
I have also been reading my books on hcg. Some I had skimmed over but never really read! Something I caught this time was even before starting the load days, to do a liver and a gallbladder cleanse. Wish I would have seen that a little sooner. Oh well! This isn’t the last time I will start a cycle. I can definitely see the benefits of doing these!
I have also decided to follow the protocol better. I mixed veggies before and still lost plenty of pounds, but think I will have better results actually following directions! I also didn’t include my fruit with my meal, using it as a snack. I will see what the changes yield in pounds and report back!
I also realized that being on my blog is encouraging for me. When I am not reporting, I don’t have that accountability factor which is so important. Make sure you have an accountability partner. A friend who can listen and hold you to your word!
